giving guided tours of the house to bring in some money, but when a shady pair of characters turn up on the first tour, along with a mysterious lady, things start going awry. Why is everyone so interested in the vase and what chaos will ensue when Batley Hall’s resident ghost decides to make an appearance?

When Sally’s long-lost mother Aggie, turns up unannounced with her boyfriend Reg in tow, their plans get somewhat disrupted, and when Tony books a surprise guest for the opening night party, events take an even more surprising turn.
